Contact customer service if you need urgent assistance

If you need to make an urgent transaction from your TSB account, call the bank's customer service on 03459 758 758 as they may be able to process some transactions over the phone instead. Those in dire need of cash may also want to call customer service to see what help may be available.

If you were in the red because you were unable to fund your account and, for example, a payment was received or other late payment penalties were imposed, keep all evidence of those charges and file a complaint with TSB. TSB has apologized

A TSB spokesperson said: "We are aware that some customers are currently experiencing issues with our mobile app and internet banking. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience."
